generally speaking, yes, but personally, i think VTSS (like many volatile stocks) reacts more negatively to bad news than positively to good news. if history's any indication, note its drop in jan when anadigics warned even though VTSS is clearly in a different market of gaas ICs. also, as was previously discussed during the TLAB-CIEN debacle, even though these two companies represent combined revenue of only ~5%, VTSS took a beating. unfairly, IMO.

but don't get me wrong, relative to its other excellent fundamentals, this is merely a minor con intrinsic to VTSS: guilt by association.

i can live with it.
