SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT!!

I can't speak on behalf of Jimmy but anyone who thinks that Jimmy implied by the comments in the news release that the financials would be out prior to the NY show is MISREADING the statement.

The comment, perhaps stated poorly, could be cause for misinterpretation. If you know Jimmy, you know four things:
1. He is an astute businessman. 2. He is committed to making the company a success. 3. He does not make statements that are not ture. 4. His grasp of the English language, like many, leaves room for improvement.

The two elements of the statement in the news release are NOT directly connected although they appear to be. The first part deals with the significance of the NMS partnership in helping move into the European markets. The SECOND part, NOT DIRECTLY CONNECTED, is that by being at the show, Jimmy will have the opportunity to answer questions that may occur AFTER the financials are released. Jimmy was setting the stage for PRELIMINARY discussions PRIOR to the actual release.

It may not read this way to many of you but this is the case.

Like Clinton is finding out if you've watched any of his Grand Jury testimony, sometimes people state things that appear to be one way and then get misunderstood by the people receiving the statement.
Effective communication is a two way street. But we're not perfect and we make errors in our communications.

That's all there is to it. Nothing more. Nothing less. If you choose to read it otherwise, good for you.
