I just spoke to Kyle at World Vision (888-345-6060). According to him,"DGIV has filed SB-10 with SEC". Their lawyers and accountants
are going over the numbers, possibly clarification sought by SEC. Everything is fine. DGIV is prepared to answer questions at the CT
Expo show. Finally, when asked, he did say that it would include the first and second quarter earnings. Oh, I did ask about the filings showing up on Edgar. He said" to definitely expect them on Edgar within a week."

a bit touchy are we. I didnt blame you macker, pal. Read what I wrote buddy. Nothing I said has anything to do with you. I cited what you said and went on to criticize DGIV if in fact that was the case.
