I just spoke with Daniel of Worldvision. According to him, THEY HAVE NOT YET FILED. They planned to have filed by last Friday, but their attornies requested more information. J Chin was out of the county until late Saturday. I asked about the nature of the requested information and as he started to explain it, he was interrupted. Supposedly J Chin was on the other line. Daniel asked me to call him back in about a half hour. If you post questions, I will ask him when I call him back.
