Box makers = car companies...

Dell may always have an edge on CPQ GTW HWP etc
for cheaper components from suppliers and a more
efficient assembly line etc..but at some point the
business becomes a "replacement" market business
and the stocks will be priced accordingly...ie
1-2 times revenues and under 10x earnings...

Bet Dell and the others don't even make their
own labeling stickers..

Since we're arguably still on the growth side
of the curve and Dell is the current premier
assembler of components..the market has discounted
the here-after..won't stay that way forever.
This is why Buffet doesn't own Dell and never will..
don't think GM C or F are in the portfolio either.

buffet wouldn't go near dell at 1/4th the price.
