Dave,

OK, I did this. It looks to be a more careful approach which I like a lot!

What triggers a sell? Any single indicator not agreeing with the buy conditions or a specific number or combination of factors?

On the long side, if you've passed thru 30 on the StochRSI(14) and the others don't confirm do you wait until the StochRSI(14) crosses back under the 30 line (no matter how long) and then heads back up again?

Thanks,

Dale

Hello Dave,
thank you for your help along the way of becoming a better trader.
Here is my (dumb?!) question.
What does histogram or setup as a histogram mean ?
You mentioned it on your post(8673), Window 4 MACD(8-17-9)histogram.
Thank's in advance.

Ludwig

HI DAVE!

Good to see you posting again. I know everybody loves to read your posts and of course will overwhelm you with questions. So here i do my part...
In the last posts someone asked you about the MACD histogram. I had most of my MACD's set up as histogram but noticed that you didn't use the histogram in your triple MACD setup. Since the histogram just shows the readings above and below the trigger line one information gets lost in this setup: where the whole situation takes place. When you set the MACD up like you have it(no histogram) you can see better if we are in oversold or overbought territory or is that unimportant for you. Of course you could say that use of regular MA's on the price give a hint where the MACD crossover takes place...or is there more to it?

Thanks in advance from a fan!

Stefan
