Ref questions: Why do you think the gold stocks should be accumulated for the long term?

Reasons for at least 5% in your portfolio. Russia is printing money. A number of foreign nations are financially collapsing. There is no assurance that what happens over there will not to a degree hit US shores. It just makes sense to have some in reserve (remember gold at $800 oz ~1982).
