Zack, you ever had a contractor build a house and not do what you were led to beleive he would do? You wouldn't recommend him to your neighbor would you? Again I hate to make a big deal of this, but hey, this is a set back in my opinion, if indeed we have no 10-sb this week. There is no way to sugar coat. You rose-colored glasses guys kill me. Is it the end of the world for DGIV, NO!, but it is a dissapointment. I did buy some at 1 15/16 today. I hope your not saying in Dec., "hey the price is down to 1/2, what another great buying opportunity." I mean, DGIV has a lot of potential if indeed they come thru on what they say they are going to do. But, I am not "stoked" about DGIV today. If this stock slips down to 1 1/4 I guess you'll be absolutely ecstatic, huh. I am long DGIV but have to call it like I see it. Somebody dropped the ball, let's hope JC recovers the football and he....goes....all....the......way! Mark

Hi Zack, To answer your question, NO, I wouldn't tear the house down, but to show a little frustration at DGIV, I will say, that my hubby is a builder, and in the 7 1/2 years of our marriage, I only remember 1 project out of many that he was late on (and as I recall, it was only a week).... when he makes a schedule, he sticks to it, if he has to do the work himself.... Now that the frustration part is out, I will say, I'm still holding DGIV, I'm not tearing the house down, it would be stupid, Ultimately, DGIV is not about an SB-10 filing done on a particular day, but I am frustrated. I am confident, DGIV will do fine, given the time to "finish the house", and we might just discover that the reason they were late, was that they were " building a mansion".... Silver
