Yea, Vi, I read the Forbes article this weekend,

It has to be the first time in recent memory that I have seen an article talking about potentially buying Russian stocks.
It is interesting to note that the article said that if the west starts worrying that Russia is going backwards toward a command control economy, that means that Russia is really trying to reduce the power of the Oligarchs. The premise of the article is to wait for Yeltsin to leave before investing due to the Oligarchs controlling him. But with Primakov in there, the oligarchs will not have as much power anyway (unless they can get Yeltsin to sack Primakov).
So, if one is to listen to this article, it may be time to invest in Russia.
