Hi Bernard, fair enough--Mr. Schwartz may have to curtail some of his appetites now that he is shopping with $.50 dollars but I do think you should recall that he refused to make a move when he had a very full pocketbook, i.e., he may be curtailed now but he passed THEN. I do note that you have taken a fair amount of umbrage at the Zenit mess and god knows it has cost all of us, me very much included, dearly. As to campaign contributions, I have this query. Had Prez Bill not fallen from grace with a resounding thud equal to the Zenit's red glare in the Siberian wasteland, would we not all be praising Mr. Schwartz for his political adroitness? Like it or not, the telecom game is played inside the Beltway and those have been very choppy waters lately, no? Or need I remind you what Teligent pulled off vis a vis Winstar on FCC spectrum allocation? Very nasty environment out there, and Bernie usually wins. I, for one, will cut him some slack.
