Just spoke with Daniel at Worldvision. As per him:

- DGIV has not yet filed the SB-10. They are reviewing and gathering more information. J Chin has been out of the country and therefore the delay.

- J Chin is aware of investor concerns. He is planning on sending an email or releasing a PR clarifying the situation, ASAP, probably later today.

- J Chin will be in NY tomorrow to meet with brokers and investment community.

- J Chin will be at the EXPO, Wed, Thurs and Fri. but WV did not know when demos would be done.

- Once the SB-10 is filed, it will be on Edgar within 12 hours. From that point, the SEC has 60 days to review and pose questions.

Hope this helps, Hope

Talked to Jimmy Chin
My husband just called and talked to Jimmy Chin. He said that the SB-10 would possibly be out within the next month. Most importantly, he said that everything is going very well on the fundamentals. He said "unfortunately a lot of times the public sight is not always quite the same thing on the shares". Jimmy sounded very enthused about the show and would be happy to talk to investors if they are there. My husband had interrupted his conference call and Jimmy apologized for cutting the conversation short.
I know it's hard to have the long view when share price takes such a hit, but it was very soothing to hear his friendly, enthusiastic voice. Disappointments can really shake one's confidence, but If you think about the logistics of getting a small company off the ground, you can see how something like this could happen.
In the end, we all make our own decisions.
