Hello Grant...

You raise a very interesting and valid point...

I would hope that you are not holding your breath awaiting a reply from Georgio (aka Agora)...The "Marketplace" is a busy place and alas, perhaps to their own detriment, it would appear that Mr. Speros doesn't frequent the Agora...Nor IMO, does Kinross... ;-)
===================
a georgio...

Perhaps Georgio, if it were possible, especially after taking your "AGORA" definition into consideration you should yourself perhaps revisit "the Agora" and, after a period of "studying", learn something about the "marketplace"...Especially, in as much as how it both fairly dealt with and treated it's customers...I'm certain you would find it both refreshingly stimulating and intellectually invigorating....
====================

Anyways, for what it's worth and for those who might be interested..........
...

I have examined three drawings of the area in question...

1) the drawing at www.lino.com/~ariel/railroad.jpg

To me, this drawing suggests, or perhaps even clearly implies, that "Dark Star" is "within" the Railroad property boundaries...(in the Elliott High Ranch Area)... (MISREPRESENTATION...????...) WHY...????

AND

2) the drawing (location map) on page 8 of the 1997 Exploration Mirandor Annual Report...

To me, this drawing suggests that the "Dark Star" is less than 1 mille outside the Railroad property boundaries (to the south of the Elliott High Ranch Area)...(MISREPRESENTATION...??)... WHY....????

AND

3) the drawing at the site referred to by Bob Tate in his posting on the MIQ Forum...

To me, this drawing suggests that the "Dark Star" area could be approx "10 MILES TO THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST" of the Railroad property....

There also appears to be some discrepancies between where the MIQ drawings and the RS?? (Mr. Tate's reference) drawings claim the South Bullion area is located...(MISREPRESENTATION...??)....WHY....????

If the drawing provided by the RS site is correct then the drawings provided by MIQ would appear to be incorrect....Plus we could have some serious "OVERLAP" problems...The positioning of the South Bullion area on the MIQ Drawings also would appear to support such a conclusion...

Conversely, if the drawings provided by MIQ are correct, then the drawing provided by the RS site is way outta kilter....

It would appear that someone didn't do their homework here...

WHO'S SCREWING WHO...??? AND WHY..???

PAGING MSE SURVEILLANCE....PAGING MSE SURVEILLANCE...PAGING MSE SURVEILLANCE.....

Interesting, eh..!!

For shame, Mr. Tate..!! You claim to be a professional and are apparently supported as such by AGORA... Yet, you present this information and appear to refuse to support it when requested to do so...

Now, the problem with the whole thing is that these things are "DRAWINGS"...they are not "MAPS"...So there is no claim of "drawn to scale", etc, etc... But it IS a case of sloppy presentation and there is really no excuse for it in my opinion...After all, as I understand it, these drawings have been available to investors on the net for some time now...

However, it is a situation that the company is hopefully now aware of ....as well as MSE SURVEILLANCE....

AND ALSO..

FOR SHAME, AGORA.....FOR SHAME....

P.S. AGORA...FWIW...

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental
To reach out for another is to risk involvement
To expose feeling is to exposing your true self
To place your ideas & dreams before the crowd is to
risk their loss
To love is to risk not being loved in return
To live is to risk dying
To hope is to risk despair
To try is to risk failure

But risk must be taken because the greatest hazard
in life is to risk nothing. A person who risks nothing does
nothing, has nothing, and is nothing. He may avoid
suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn, feel,
change, grow, love and live. Chained by his certitudes, he
is a slave. He has forfeited freedom.
Only a person who RISKS is FREE.

Author U/K...

Could you ..Put that on the "FRONT DOOR OF YOUR STORE"...

Now, as MIQ is at .17 .....AND.........as you claimed on Aug28...

PLEASE....PLEASE....PLEASE...

Would you be so kind as to explain your following statement...

"Early indications reflect a continuation of the positive results previously released from POD..."

And the beat goes one....

Regards....Ray
