Who do we call to get the tax returns? IRS or FAMH. (Hoping the answer is NOT FAMH).

LE,

The information I have received would indicate some significant decpetion. When the company completes the audit for 1997 (hopefully this will occur) we could verify this information.

It does appear to me that relevant facts were "misrepresented."

I don't like to use the term "fraud" until I know all the facts. Although, even IRA, has admitted that some of the PR's stating EPS values in 1997 were not "accurate".

Joey or LE

any closure as to whom we should request financials? I am very interested in seeing the financials or tax returns. Many of us have been here for more than six months (I live in TX too). I also wonder if anybody has heard from the SEC. Should we contact the Texas SEC? What are the recommendations for us that feel like we have been lied to and deceived? I imagine we can sit and wait to hear if others have been successful contacting SEC, or company, or whatever...
