Perhaps the markets are fickle today, but as to the question of Clinton surviving I cannot conceive of that outcome given recent events. Last night on CNN/Time a feminist author described by CNN as "A founder of modern feminism" was asked about the alleged groping by Clinton of Kathleen Willey's breasts. Her response was that she should have slapped his face and that women aren't so helpless that they can't take care of themselves. When asked if Clinton did anything there that should cost him his job she said "No."

Could I go into a teacher's lounge, grope the lone other teacher who happens to be there and expect to to sub again or even be able to renew my teacher's license? The excuse making is unbelievable. So when you have Clinton supporters stooping to the pathetic level of having to explain how second degree sexual assault is something that shouldn't warrant anything more than a slap in the face, the game must be near over IMO.
