I checked out the Edgar filings for FXWA and couldn't find any mention of the deal with NUOA. I did find an internal deal with its own subsidiary OASIS, but that's all. Am I looking in the right place?
I still am somewhat confused, are we getting a reverse split and incorporating the new properties at the same time? Or are we getting a
distribution of shares in addition to our old? It seems to me that it doesn't make any difference since the old are rapidly getting closer to Zero every day.
