I sent Mr. Copia the email with the thought that he may have heard something that would tie into this and now we see the results of my error in judgement and the lack of character (JMO) of Mr. Copia.

Jim . Where in that email did you ask me if I heard anything?

I see nothing wrong with that "re-post" of your email.

You did not introduce yourself, nor ask me the above question. just simply sent me an email out-of-the-blue.

I also sent you an email back and asked you if you had the article from the California Farmer. No reply except this attempt at character assasination.

As far as P&D goes I did not sell one fricken share today and purchased an additional 30k @ .04.

Next time you send an unsolicited email, introduce yourself and be clear as to what you want.

here is a copy of that email AGAIN. nowhere does it state "have you heard anything.

<< Joe,
I have info from "The Calif. Farmer" about a Colorado money man but have not been able to verify yet. The take over or financing is a distinct possibility. My guess is financing or very large contract with respect to sludge processing, as oposed to a take over.
I will attempt to verify this week.
Joe, I also hope we are not looking at a pump and dump scenario.

Jim:

I was surprised to see that the source of Mr. Copia's "rumor" was you. I have read your previous posts on the thread and consider you to be a sincere and intelligent investor.

Thank you for clarifying the facts, as it set the record straight. It is clear Mr. Copia took your e-mail as an opportunity to personnally profit. And he did so without ever calling the company and having any clue what was really going on.

Hope to see you posting more often to the thread. I have been in recent contact with Dining and look forward to sharing factual, objective and verifiable information about FASC.
