U.S. Economy: Fed Officials Hint No Interest Rate Cut Sept. 29

Washington, Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Federal Reserve policymakers are sending signals that while they're worried about the global economic slowdown they're unlikely to cut U.S. interest rates when they meet next week.

Pretty soon the 30-year Treasury Bond will be 3.5% and the Fed Funds rate will be 5.5%. <g>
