Absolutely correct. However, that's not the way the debate is being framed. Have you read "Spin Cycle" about the Clinton approach to the media? Everything you're seeing right now has happened numerous times since 1992. People just seem to forget quickly. He who frames the debate, wins the debate. Therefore, it's about Starr, Monica's a tramp, Hyde is in no position to judge, Clinton's done a great job with the economy, etc.
