One can only speculate on the reasons why NPCT's most vocal supporter/promoter has decided to distance herself from the stock in the public spotlight.

Sounds like Chad is getting a little desperate. He has posted on numerous other boards.

Although I've not read any of the over 200 pages that make up the most recent chapter in the INCE soap opera, I understand that the recent 10Q confirms that indeed Sigma 7 is in bankruptcy. There were rumors several months ago on Raging Bull that this was the case, but the rumors were denied off-line and apparently avoided online. (see below links)

Sigma 7 was a "Paul Metzinger" production from start to finish. He didn't inherit Sigma 7; it was not a legacy left by the former management team. It's failure gives Paul yet another black eye.

So it is said........As the Sigma 7 story unfolded, it was discovered that the company had far more debt (hidden debt)than was known at the time INCE purchased the company. In the end, bankruptcy was almost guaranteed from the start since the memory chip market was so depressed, and William Scott failed to provide the full amount of capitalization necessary to help Sigma 7 succeed.

Perhaps with the amount of debt Sigma 7 carried into the INCE/Sigma 7 merger no amount of capital could have helped.... It appears to have been a poorly thought through investment on INCE's part from the beginning, but that's THE POINT.

I have yet to see INCE management make a good investment (one that directly benefits the owners of the company)or divestment decision for that matter. Paul asked for one year to make INCE into an operational company and that year has come and gone; he has failed at every turn.

Sigma 7 consumed millions of valuable resources and is just another dead body on the heap of dead bodies created by a long line of INCE managers whose only apparent goal has been self-enrichment.

I can't wait to read NPCT's next set of financial statements to see how the raise up from the most recent round of convertible equity financing is being wasted.... SG&A ought to be HUGE!
