Come on franco!!! Golden opportunity to hype that letter!!! 600,000 shares x (ADHT & ENVI which would be; "if all goes as planned and the markets cooperate" $2.00 + $16.70 = $18.70) divide by the split of 6.5 would make David's investment then worth 1.75 million bucks!!! (more or less) Hold them shares! Let's see........... KZAP

Math calculation error..I spoke to Mike Millis to verify. If Enviro Tec does $5.1MM in earnings, the EPS will not be $1.00 per share. The EPS would be $1.20 per share. The $1.00 figure was based on a 1 for 5 spinoff producing 5.1 mm shares of EnviroTec. The actual shares will be 4.25mm for EnviroTec based on the revised 1 for 6 spinoff. TG
