P.S. Markets dislike uncertainty, but even in the intermediate time horizon, I think Zippergate and whether or not Sleazebag Bill serves his term in office will not be significant. At least that's where my money is!

The sell-off in the morning was because the Japan bank rescue plan fell apart. They've known about Clinton tapes since mid-Friday and didn't sell off then. They're now predicting the Nikkei to fall to 11,000 by end of year.
