The compound referred to in our earlier post was stated by Synaptic in an SEC filing from September 21 to be undergoing late preclinical testing, and was not the Synaptic compound that the company had recently announced was to advance into Phase III clinical trials.

SNAP's 8K prelude to its H&Q Healthcare Conference. sec.gov SNAP does this so that their presentation will not be seen as selective release of information. I, for one, really appreciate this conservative and ethical approach. This is one of the few companies where an individual investor does not feel at a big disadvantage in information. Thanks SNAP. My guess from the 10K is that H&Q will hear about some very nice human clinical progress in the migraine and BHP programs. John de C
