Oh Sig,
I am mixing up exercising the LEAP (and buying the shares at $60 when they are $100 or whatever) and selling the LEAP for a profit and buying the shares at the market rate.
So here's another scenario: when the stock is 100 or whatever, I exercise the LEAP, buy the stock at $60 sell it at $100 (dont yell Kemble!) and buy more LEAPS with the profit???? OR doesnt it matter if one does that or just sell the LEAP and buy more?
I think I'm getting part way to understanding which is better than a month ago when I despaired of ever understanding it.
