I don't agree. The media refer to this as a sex scandal, as do foreign nations and supporters of Bill (SOB's <g>). Even his opponents are forced to constantly respond to charges that they are prurient, have released pornography, etc. No matter how often you repeat that it's not about sex, that's the only part people discuss. To me, that sounds like Clinton's side has won the framing contest so far. The public is not discussing the other charges - they weigh them against the fact that "it's all about sex", and they turn off.

IMHO, Republicans could turn that around, but so far they have shown neither the ability nor the determination.
