Look at it from the positive side, if there is one.

None of the data bases that MMs use to find reverse splits will show CSMA. Why? Because, Clintonechally(new word I invented), this is not a reverse split. No CSMAD symbol will be found.

Secondly, by restricting the stock from the get go, it can't go down!!<g> Seriously, though, let's say the two stocks were spun off at prices of $1 and $3, just as an example. How long, in the absence of news, would it take for them to get hammered down to current levels?

At least this way, no one can do that until the restrictions are lifted. Hopefully, those actions will occur when news is here or forthcoming. At which point, the selling will have some buying to support it.
