Um well this morning a Visa Platinum card was in the mail <LOL> Actually the owner is willing to take restricted stock (I dont know if it will be common or preferred,) as a down payment and carry the note (mortgage). Terms? I dont know yet, thats why we are negotiating and if the deal doesnt look like its to our favor then we pass on it. One good thing is the income this complex generates more than pays the monthly bills. Now I guess everyone is sitting around scratching their head wondering what the &*#@ I am doing. Well its called getting some hard assets into this company, qualifing it to get a real listing, and off this BB market. KAA
