Our Liberal Policies have made Canada the most desireable country in world to live in for the last five years in the row (as determined by a UN task force).

That explains it. The UN would probably rate wealth transfer (taxes and "social programs") as the most important factor.

Canada's number one in the U.N.'s opinion.

I think most open minded people would agree that if a person is young, rich, and smart, that the U.S.A. is a better place to live; however, if a person is old, poor, and stupid, they're better off in Canada.

Fortunately, not everyone is living on the appropriate (for them) side of the border. P.W.
