Hiram, " whether you know it or believe it,there is now a fourth branch of government. Take whatever you like from this,the precedent is set,and reinforced. The independent counsel was set up for a one time event,not for reuse. This is alot like software reuse,I think Clinton's was hardware. THERE IS NOW A FOURTH BRANCH OF GOVERMENT FOLKS." Do you really believe that the independent counsel investigation can last long enough without any results? This IS a one-time event, it is dragged on for some time because there were too many things to investigate and each one of them has enough evidences that warrant investigations and subsequently, each one of them were then approved by the Attorney Generals and the 3-panel judges. I haven't heard any arguments from you on why you think this is the 4th branch of the government. Just by stating your position is just not enough to convince me on this point - Eric
