Well George there is another little aspect not being considered, we have a truck load of tax credits, $2,XXX,XXX worth. We plan on using some of these to help this owner group cut their capitol gains, so they will cede over monetary equivilant that would be otherwise lost to the tax man.............in other words this deal will help us convert our losses to a nice little plus sign in our book value also, POSSIBLY a $1 to $1.50 per share... if this deal is to happen.
