Frank, Maybe I'm just seeing the glass as half full here. You stated that "short term we are winners and maybe the next gap up I will sell. The jury is still out on the long term deal..." It seems to me that you have it exactly backwards. I think short term it looks just ok, maybe even bumpy, that is until some news about a regional roll out or something related to the joint venture comes out. Long term it looks fantastic,IMO. The v.p. of Liberty, David Jensen, was quoted as saying "clearly, there are other areas of programming that can be enhanced with the ACTV proprietary technology. We're interested in exploring all of those". He added that "it's a great business with just sports." This sounds like a long term positive to me. I do have to take issue with one of your earlier posts also. You stated that you wanted management to "increase shareholder value". By that I took it to mean that you wanted the share price higher. Correct me if I'm wrong here. If you're long this stock it's hard to argue with that sentiment. There are other ways to build shareholder value, however. Two examples should illustrate my point. By our inclusion in the GI box, as well as, I believe, future boxes from other companies, we have created the technology platform that we need. Secondly, our deal(s) with Liberty Media, arguably the most powerful programming company around, has enormous implications. IMO, that deal guarantees our eventual success. I think these two examples are perfect illustrations of increasing shareholder value. That value will be reflected in the stock price down the road. Regards, Jim
