***OT***

>It seems you rarely comment about price action, except when LGND goes up
And you're suprised about this because.....
(btw, I find it suspicious that someone is so happy about what amounts to a very small gain after a very steep decline. A trader should be happy, but a long term investor should not)

>And thanks for your kind reminder about a little disagreement we had,
>when you mentioned we might "hear more about "out of sequence trades"."

What is quickly forgotten is that almost every time the 'after hours' trades are 'reported' (i.e. only when they are up), the stock opened down the next day. Gotta get me a pair of those rose-colored glasses.

Wallace, The chart was linked for anyone to see and to point out that a few who comment on price frequently don't know what they are talking about, which of course is rather on topic for some posters on this board, because that's just about their only topic.

True, I thought that LGND would be at $10 this fall.
Others thought it would be at $30, but then finance is not their area (and neither is cybersluething) ;-)

How soon some forget their 'tick-by-tick' analysis (but since lately there have only been downticks, the lack of coverage is understandable)

btw, its funny that 'the chart was linked for all to see', yet we still received commentary that 'There were a few after hours trades at $8' -- I guess 800 shares can be called 'a few' ;-)
