Hi Pham - Rumor on the Yahoo thread is that there is some discussion between VTEL and PLCM regarding a merger?? VTEL needs to do something to remain competitive in this field but I do not know if a merger would be good for either company. Vtel reports earnings Thursday and PLCM report earnings Oct 22. PLCM is eating everybody's lunch and is expected to continue to grow their revenues 30% each quarter! At this rate, they will exceed Vtel's sales rate by early next year. I expect Vtel's sales to be flat and little or no profits...I wonder why I continue to hold on. EKS
