He has ~17 negatives.. doesn't seem to affect him.. guess others are willing to take the risk.. he was booted off Ebay once.. then allowed back..seems he should be booted agin... This is the part about "who is the auctioneer" and has to live by the rules of auction houses... If it is the seller, and the seller is not exhibiting he can follow a state's rules governing "auctions" then he should be prevented from holding a "auction"... this is where Ebay comes in... and at what point should Ebay take action.. in this case it should have been long ago... (are they liable after repeated complaints without action???) but then on the other hand... It wouldn't be fair to restrict a seller on Ebay just because of a couple of negative comments??? Some hacker or spammer could cause great harm by spamming negative comments..there is really no way to prevent this... It would not be good.. The online "auction" is going into uncharted water.. and... I would imagine before to long there will be some sort of government regulation.. when??? Roger R Ha! I just received this E-mail from the slime... It is as I figured he can not manage his money... I have a brother like this..owes me $9000... doesn't seem to be a priority... Always blame their bad luck..... right!!! ;-) Regarding your coments on your last email, last week where sent by Registered Airmail from within the US 2 checks to the persons you where in contact, also where sent refunds to 2 other persons. Now you will be the next. But if you leave ANY feedback i will NOT do any effort to speed up this. I know that you will NOT understand that im almost broke, but still covering my obligations but that is the truth. Best regards Ma**** Geesh!!!!
