GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CCEE STOCKHOLDERS!!!!

Just sold most of my CCEE stock today. What does this mean to you?? Well, this means that CCEE will release great news, the stock will fly to at least $10-15 and all of you can make some bucks, or at least, recover some losses.

This is my early Christmas present to all of you.

I just could not take it anymore -- even with "news" right around the corner. Thank God only a small percentage of my holdings were in CCEE. I feel lucky to have got over a buck fifty for this dog.

For those of you holding long on CCEE, I really hope the best for you and that things turn around -- you guys deserve a break. JR/SR better pull their heads out, or there will soon be lynch mobs outside the CCEE offices.

Good luck to all in this and other ventures.

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- SOFTWORKS SWRX has entered into an agreement with IBM to integrate ten of its enterprise systems management products with IBM's OS/390 SystemPac(TM) offering. The agreement provides SOFTWORKS with an avenue for product distribution that complements its extensive direct sales and distribution network, which serves more than 50 countries around the world.

Through the agreement, SOFTWORKS' products for enterprise storage resource management, catalog management, VSAM file management, performance management, and Year 2000 remediation and testing are now available for IBM's OS/390 operating system in a packaged, integrated offering.

IBM's OS/390 SystemPac is a customized package of operating system and related software that allows customers to save time and effort in selecting, acquiring, installing, and testing new software solutions. "Through this agreement, SOFTWORKS broadens its distribution channel and allows IBM customers to quickly implement extensive, and often complex, systems management solutions," said Lisa Welch, SOFTWORKS Vice President of Technology. "This agreement is a natural and exciting fit for SOFTWORKS' customer base. For the first time, it provides customers with an integrated and synchronized mix of IBM system software and leading data, storage, and performance management software."

"SOFTWORKS products are a significant new addition to the OS/390 SystemPac that extend and enhance the versatility of OS/390 for mission critical applications," said John Speacht, S/390 Global Offering Executive, IBM Global Services. "By including these products in one of our most popular systems management bundles, IBM provides its customers with a broader range of Solution Developer products."

The SOFTWORKS products integrated in the OS/390 SystemPac offering include CenterStage for enterprise storage resource management; Catalog Solution for catalog management and recovery; VSAM Quick Index, VSAM Assist, and TeraSam for large file management; Performance Essential and QuickTune for performance management; and HotDate 2000/WARP, HotDate 2000/SIMULATE, and HotDate 2000/TEST for Year 2000 testing and simulation.
