So you're "well aware of Tripp's claim"? Notice that you left out "the claim" in your discussion of her motive. Quite an omission on your part. As far as the president's involvement, I agree that it is hearsay, but I understand that Lewinsky makes several references to POTUS in her trying to suborn Tripps perjury. I can assure you that most reasonable people would take what you call "wholly disproportionate and despicable action." if they thought they would be entangled in a legal matter in which their criminal participation was being sought. bp
