Now if tomorrow the stock not only goes up but also start doing in volume, especially bigger blocks, I would say that it's for real and the train's starting up to leave the station.

I really don't think a lot of those 'under-utilized' 0.35um fabs. The ones that are not going to get the money to get upgraded to sub-0.25um, will no get '100% utilized' before they get ramped down. Thus I am not too concerned with utilization rate. That # will get reconciled not by wafers ramping up, but by fab closings.

Now that you mentioned it, 4M TER at $18.50 almost equals 1.5M of TSM at $45? Wow! Isn't it something if this were true, from the same fund?
