my guess is that when we attended the shareholders meeting and they err exaggerated the forward looking statements, they actually KNEW they would have earnings shortfalls but would make up for it by sueing! We saved this quarter with the Sega suit, so lets get so more lawsuits out there so we can stay afloat! sorry.. cant help but be sarcastic.. Ballard and the gang need to get on the un-employment line because they failed their shareholders. Im glad I didnt trust them when I spoke over the phone just short of a month ago.. 'next quarter will be at or slightly above break even from last. Nothing has changed since the shareholders meeting and we dont know why the stock is selling off'. Strange, SOMEONE always knows! good luck to all you longs. This company has too much potential. Im certain this company will be bought within the next few months at these prices. Current management have gotten in over their heads.
