I think he may have thought his glancing touch of her breast was accidental and occurred for only .5 seconds. And really it occurred for 3 seconds. Or something. I also think Lewinsky may well have fantasized about that.

I think it entirely possible that the Pres. did not engage in any prolonged stimulation of the sort Lewinsky seems to have claimed. Haven't read her own statements.

I don't think any proof beyond a reasonable doubt is raised.

So no legal perjury.

So shouldn't be impeachment. Unless there was a misuse of office. Which there wasn't.
