Doug, you thus agree that Clinton is a misogynist. This is the term Bill Ginsburg used on January 21, when this thing exploded. Gingrich, when he heard that Clinton testified to never even touching her while she sucked away, supposedly said yesterday in a closed meeting that any man that did that, if true, must be a misogynist.

If she is in Maryland and Lewinsky is in DC as has been reported then they are not illegal. Those calls are interstate calls and come within the federal wiretap law which requires only one party to consent. State law is trumped. JLA

The ones made in Maryland are "most assuredly" in question. Since the calls were "interstate", the federal statute may apply in which case, party notification is not required. Gee doujn, I'm not a lawyer and I think I've been batting 1000 against you on the legal points today. Where' d you say you went to law school? <g> bp
