I agree wholeheartedly
I have two other BB's that just keep delaying us also.
After DGIV I will no longer invest in BB's.
I am counting on DGIV not being a BB for much longer.

Waiting on certain Ks and numbers before filing-yes, I think you are hitting close to home. But they should not promise until they can deliver. DGIV should not imitate the little shepherd boy who kept crying wolf just to get attention. All investors want are the facts.
