where is Los Gatos, is that a chicken in Spanish? Wow if I were you sell it and move to cheaper place! For a contractor in mechanical w/ 10+ yrs of experience what is the appropriate rate there.
now back to cs, I wish I could buy tons at 7+ and hold ... Hope a buyout later or their sales are up and up.
