Okay already!! You guys have done a 180!! Nothing has changed of significance in the last week. There was optimism in the drill program, they are doing an IP, they are doing all the things right.

When a company commits to a $34,000,000 purchase price for a property, they can only get the money from share dillution!! So yes, there will be further share dillution!!

Hopefully they have staggered property payments in such a fashion that they can explore and "find" deposits, jump the share price and then dillute!! Any property purchase in Chile that I am aware of has always included share distribution to the property owner.

An agreement would likely include annual payments of $x,xxx, xxx + expenditures of $xxx, xxx and share issue on the anniversary date of x,xxx, xxx to the owner!! So the 3,000,000 shares may have gone to the properties owners!!
