Since the Starfish acquisition was announced, Motorola shares took a twenty percent dive, and are only now getting back to the levels of that time. The acquisition was both shares and cash, so I would imagine there have been some tense moments around that particular negotiating table... nonetheless, it should be some kind of a plus when it hits the balance sheet.
