Patrick, That is very astute of you. I believe there is a movie already out on the topic of weather control called "The Avengers".

re Starr and Hurricanes Maybe Clinton has more of an in with the "guy upstairs" than we realize!!!! I just bought 150 shares of DELL for 60 13/16. I'll still wait for a downturn for the ones that will be on margin (those are in an IRA). REmind me to never again disobey DREW: he warned me to buy back back at 105, or post split 52.50.
