Gorcon, <PLEASE let me know your experiences with on line brokers> Oh brother. My last experience was so bad I wrote Theresa Carey at Barrons, who published it in the 8/31 issue. For details: exchange2000.com The MMs are trying to get some control back back after their SEC paddling and are making retail investor (and trader) lives miserable at the typical discount houses. I suppose the good news is that these same brokers will likely have ECNs and direct entry systems in place themselves the next 1-2 years. BTW Steve G, the keeper of this thread, has one of the sharpest operations around. However, phone interface is kind of hard for grinders trying to jump in for a 2 minute move. Alan
