All the foreign markets were down big the prior night because of Japan's bank rescue plan falling apart. It was on the front of the WSJ. Japan's PM is coming to Washington this week, and it looks like they may be having new election since the coalition government may fall apart. Nikkei made another new low tonight. Their three-party system can't come to a consensus, plus the corruption in their Finance Ministry doesn't help build trust in a bank bailout.
