My most recent email, sent two minutes ago:

Mr. Roger Templeton-

I would very much appreciate an answer to my earlier email. I am thoroughly disappointed in the information I have been given and the rumors I am hearing regarding yet another delay in the SB-10 filing. There is alot of discontent growing out here in the investment world and I for one would like to get some straight answers from Digitcom.
1. Earlier this year (in April) investors were told that the release of financial information and the move out of the BB exchange were imminent. That was apparently a premature assumption on your part and you apoligized for your error. I was willing to forgive that then in the hope that it was a lesson learned. Now, earlier this month we were told that DGIV would have this SB-10 filing ready by the investor/technology show in NYC this week. From what I am hearing now that is not going to happen. Is this true?
2. If it is true, how can investors feel confident in believing any future statements made by DGIV?
3. I (and I am sure many others) would like to know specifically when DGIV's financial information will be released. I dont want to hear 'we are working on it'. I have been mollified with that statement before but it will no longer suffice. You have (or should have) been working on it for months now. If you cant give me a specific date, why not?
4. What has caused the recent delays in filing these numbers?
5. What efforts, if any, are being made to improve the share price? There have been several releases made by DGIV over the last months that have promised that Jimmy Chin and DGIV were very interested in increasing shareholder value. To date that has not happened. There have been some promising releases about contracts and the like, but they seem to have little effect on the share price. I beleive that this is, at least in part, because of a lack of public financial information available. This is exacerbated by DGIV's promising this information and then not delivering. If your current concern is not with the share price because you are concentrating more on building the company than investor relations and value then I would like to know that. Otherwise I would like to hear your opinions on why the share price has continued to fall.

I appreciate any time you take to answer my questions. I hope you understand that I am concerned about my investment here. I very much like DGIV's vision and that is why I have not written this stock off yet. I am closer to throwing in the towel now than ever before and am hoping for a reply that can address my concerns.

Thank you very much

much disappointment came from lack of information on dgiv. JC works hard, and try to get his business rolling. on the other hand, dgiv need to focus on being straight with shareholders and answering so many why questions. I beleive JC and management team should have open-door policy to shareholders, and be better to understand the pain their shareholders have endured. MANY HAVE LOST TONS. Only thing that can ease this pain is to be open and straight. if they do not make huge bucks, that is fine. we expect that 100M revenue in the projection is just projection. if they do not plan to be listed or unqualified to be listed, and need more time, that is fine too. investors can decide what to do at least, either to wait or leave. The dilemma for many shareholders now is that they have lost a lot, and still do not know what to do without sufficient information from the mgnt. getting listed in nasdq has been the reason many shareholders bought into dgiv...hope dgiv is not another FTEL.
