Jeff - you said "There should be a law that all Congressmen who vote on this issue must answer the following question under oath:
"Are you now having or have you ever had sexual contact with another
person other than your wife?"

Please define "sexual contact".

Jeff, re:"Are you now having or have you ever had sexual contact with another person other than your wife?"

It depends on what you mean by "sexual contact". What do you mean by wife. Anyones wife? It depends on how you define "another person". <ggg>

Seriously. I don't like this either and I can't blame the President for refusing to answer some of those questions.

It seems if you get accused of sexual harassment all your privacy rights are immediately annulled. We saw it with Clarence Thomas and we are seeing it again with Clinton. The federal guidelines on sexual harassment that were written mostly by the Democrates (under some duress from the feminists) need to be overhauled.

Lewinkski should have been asked one question: did the President harass you in anyway. If the answer is no, then the questions should have stopped from a legal standpoint.

Dale

Make it the same question that's being posed about Clinton and I'll agree:

"Have you ever committed perjury about a sexual encounter?"
