Absolutely right Ann. And he fully admitted in his GJ testimony that he was parsing language very closely. As he put it, to answer accurately, but without being particularly helpful to the Paula Jones lawyers.

Or as I would more baldly put he. He in effect admitted he intended to deceive them if they would let him get away with it. But there were lines he wouldn't cross. And he wouldn't technically be inaccurate under his permissible understanding of definitions. But was willing to parse it pretty close.

Given the fact that he deplored what they were doing, in bring in the irrelevant Lewinsky and other matters, in wild disregard for damage, and fully intending to illegally leak any politically and personally damaging information. For worldwide immediate press pick up.
