A good sign...damn good sign. Let's hope this is the turning point. Now the skeptics among you (us) will say the track record of management decisions is poor.....agreed......but between insider buys....lack of insider sales...and the share buy back...they're showing a refreshing degree of confidence about the future!

Big news for this stock - more important than the typical stock repurchase, IMO and should at least put a solid floor on the price but more likely to help it move up. The general market is due for some upward movement although there is still more bad news that will come out on the earnings front on many stocks. I think most of the bad news has ben rung out of the semis but the semi equips still are dogs that deserve to be beaten (they have self-servingly sold the semi mfgs. and investment world an inflated scenario [to the point of abuse] for growth for years). Now they are paying the piper as semi companies will continue to scale back or get by with the capacity they have in place (ex. recent further cut-backs by MOT, Intel, etc.). Hmmm . . . may be worthwhile to invest in this dog - maybe the pup will quit shitting on the porch!
